Danyyl Condratets was born in Ukraine and spent much of his life in Canada, which has given him a unique perspective and the ability to bridge communication and cultural gaps between Ukraine and its Western partners. With a professional background in technology, he transitioned into humanitarian work at the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, applying his organizational skills to urgent medical and humanitarian needs.
At GRM, Danyyl coordinates both civilian and military medical projects, focusing on building sustainable partnerships and helping standardize education and training for Ukrainian medical professionals in austere and combat environments. His work often involves linking Ukrainian practitioners with international networks to ensure that expertise, resources, and innovations are shared effectively.
Outside of his professional and volunteer commitments, Danyyl enjoys traveling, staying active through running and sports, and pursuing side IT projects that keep him connected to his technical roots.
