Taras is a doctor from Lviv, Ukraine. He worked as a trauma surgeon for 10 years in a rural hospital before switching to an administrative position in Lviv Regional EMS, where he was promoted to the Head of Department of international cooperation. Taras holds a Specialist's Degree from Lviv National Medical University (Medical Doctor) and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Ukrainian Catholic University.

With GRM, Taras facilitates educational activities for Ukrainian physicians and provides expertise in developing capabilities of the severely damaged medical care system of the country in war, especially in Mass Casualty Response. He believes that education and cooperation based on values can lead to efficiency and prosperity.

Taras spends all of his spare time with his wife and daughters, who are the most precious miracle!
